Session Attendance Policy

Every learner must complete the sign-up process and accept an agreement document to begin participating in classes. This initial step ensures that learners are fully informed of the governing conditions that oversee the learning process.

As part of the agreement, learners must book lessons in advance for the agreed amount that was subscribed. This helps to ensure that the learning process runs smoothly and that there are no misunderstandings between the learners and the instructors.

If a session is scheduled to take place in a café, it is the learner's responsibility to order and pay for their drinks or snacks. This helps ensure that the café remains in business and that the learning environment is conducive for all learners.

In situations where the learning sessions occur within a classroom setting, it is typically expected that the learners will collectively share the expenses of renting the classroom.

It is important to note that all in-person sessions are non-smoking. This means that smoking is not permitted during any in-person sessions.

Please be aware that the Learner is solely responsible for providing the teacher with accurate and complete personal information. It is also crucial for the Learners to keep their belongings secured at all times during the sessions.
Session Cancellation Policy

The Learner can reschedule or cancel the sessions 24 hours before the time booked.

If the Learner cancels the session or fails to attend on the day, the fees will not be compensated or refunded.

In emergencies, the teacher or the Learner can request to reschedule the session. The teacher and the Learner must both agree on the rescheduling.

If the teacher cancels the session on the day, the fees or the session will be compensated the following month.

In case of a natural disaster, the classes will be postponed until further notice, and the Lesson Fees will be withheld or 60% refunded in agreement with the Learner.
Session Pricing Policy

Every potential Lerner must take a trial lesson before scheduling the sessions.

Every New Learner must pay the First Participation Fee in the agreed amount.

Monthly charges (subscriptions) are calculated based on the monthly number of sessions and monthly Administration and Participation Fees.

If the Learners take a long break from classes for three months, they must pay monthly Administration and Participation Fees for each month to keep the schedule open until they return.

If the Learners want to stop all the services at once, they must inform the teacher of the last class two months in advance. The Learner must also pay the Lesson, Administration, and Participation Fees for the months until the last day of the session.
